In Advanced Roadmap (Plan) you can specify Estimates in days. How can you configure holidays?

I'd like to use Estimates in days for a JIRA Plan (Advanced Roadmap).   However there are some company holidays coming up and I'd like the projected date to account for those holidays.   Is there any way to configure holidays?  Will the projected day for an issue to be completed, only use week days and not weekends?
