If I add External users to the existing Okta policy, so should I turn the settings off for the External user policy?

Hi @Mirza, Agha Zeeshan (HCL) 

I'm not sure you have to turn off the external user policy - but, I'd test if the settings are still relevant once a user comes through Okta.
