In my project, Sprint 1, 2 & 3, created 300 subtasks, but when checking in filters, its not showing data for Child Issues in JIRA.

Please can you provide a little more information? When you say 'checking in filters', what is it you are doing? Are these filters you created? If so, can you provide the JQL of one of the filters that doesn't return the subtasks? My assumption is that your filter query doesn't include the sub-task issue type in its conditions, but I'm not sure I've understood the scenario correctly. More info will be helpful :)
