I am trying to configure a issue collector form for an internal process of user access creation
The form is supposed to take 3 attachments from the Sales team
1. Agreement
2. Onboarding sheet
3. List of APIs
The issue collector form allows me to add only one Attachment field. While the user can go ahead and upload as many documents as they want using this attachment field, it will be nice to show 3 radio buttons each having a different description for the attachment.
I want to know if there is any way to achieve this using issue collector or not?
