I'm trying to archive projects, but there is no archive option coming up. I'm a jira admin

I've followed the instructions, but the archive option simply isn't there.  The only option is "move to trash".

Hi @David Johnston-Bell

Welcome to the community

Standard plan doesn't have archive option to archive the projects

You will need to be in Premium plan in order to archive the projects

What you can do is associate the project with empty permission scheme and only jira administrators group in browse project permission so that access will be taken out for all the uses

Let me know if you have any queries

Thanks

Thanks.

What does " associate the project with empty permission scheme " mean and how would I do that ?

Thanks.

David

Hi @David Johnston-Bell

Making a Project "Read-only" is the option which I specified
