I have a workload pie chart which is grouped by assignee which shows "other" as a slice.

Question

In my workload pie chart for the sprint, it is showing a slice labeled "other". Unlike the other slices which are clickable to show an issue filter view of the tickets which are assigned to the user, the "other" slice doesn't respond to clicks. What is in "other"? Can we view those tickets since they obviously have hours estimates associated with them?

hi, i have the same issue. Want to see what's in the "Other" section, which is not clickable. Please advice. i don't understand the certification type link either.

hi- I read the explanation in the page you mentioned but I don't understand how to incorporate the certification type to be able to break out the category "Other".  can you give me an example of what the query would look like?
