I cannot add any App

I tried to add several different Apps to be added to my Jira installation.

Sadly, none of them worked. I always get a small error message box:

"We ran into a little trouble
It might be just a hiccup. Try again in a bit.
Try again"

I have tried the last four days different Apps. Every time the same error message. What i know:

- I am site admin (i have created everything in this cloud environment)

In the end the Atlassian support resolved the issue.

One group was missing. There is a post about the default groups ... i tried to follow it, but it seems I missed one group (or the article is incomplete)

It could be your internet connection or an issue with the Marketplace. Did you try lately? 

What happens when you try from a new Atlassian cloud sample site? If none works, please take it up with Atlassian support https://www.atlassian.com/contact

Thank you for your hints. I will look into it.

I use the jira cloud version.
