Hi Everyone.
I am trying to edit the default JSD workflow for Service Requests to include an approval step.
The default workflow looks like this:
I want to add an approval step when it gets to Escalated, but, when I click on that status, there is no option to add an approval to it - how do I enable this?
Then, based on the approval, if approved, it goes to In Progress and if denied it goes to Approval Denied.

Hi. You need to change a workflow. Select a status and enable the option "Add approval"

Sorry, @Roman Kersky, but as a follow-up question, how do I remove this Development option that appears in the sidebar of the Service Request ticket?

in the permission settings. Remove all user or group or roles rights in "View Development Tools"
