I can no longer see or create a structure, why?

Hi! 

I am an admin in my Jira project, and I suddenly realize I am no longer available to see or access the 'Create structure' menu. I used to see it and was able to create structures. Now it's gone. I really can't understand what has happened since I am still both 'developer' and 'admin'. 

Is there anyway you could help me get this straight? please...

Usually, if you cannot see the Structure menu on Jira's top navigation bar it could mean that for some reason the Structure App is not running on your Jira instance.

Please check the app status in your Jira' Manage Apps screen for more details.

From there, you might want to try to activate Structure app, if disabled. Or even reinstall it if it is erroring out for whatever reason.

If you are unable to install/start the app on your instance, please check your Jira application logs to find out what is happening. If you find out any errors there, please do post them here and we'll be happy to help.
