I can no longer see any tests in my xray test execution. The test summary, filter options and tests are missing.  I also get 2 errors popup in the top left when I access/refresh the test execution page.

Error applying the filters
There is an error in a selected filter.

Unexpected error has occurred
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')

The filter option is also missing so i cannot use that to reset the filters.

I have tried opening in a different browser, clearing cache/cookies and restart my machine.  Other users can see the tests as expected without the errors.

At the moment I am stuck, any ideas?

Hi @David Morns

Welcome to the community.

It could be that you don't have the right permissions anymore, that looks like it to me. This on the statement that other colleagues don't have issues.

Check with you project admin or Jira admin if there have been changes (if you're not an admin yourself).

Xray offers permissions on the Jira permission scheme that might have been changed or any other permission in roles, or groups.

Hi Marc, thanks for the reply.  I can see tests in other previous executions ok, it is just this current one which has the issues.  I will double check with admin in case they have changed but I expect they have not as the issue happened when our admin would be offline (they are in a different time zone to me

Hi @David Morns

If it's only this one, you project or Jira admin could also trigger a re-index on the project in relation to xray, to see if this solves the issue.

See https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/Project+Settings%3A+Re-Indexing
