I was just given a new email address sunil.giri@juneidi.com . It seem I received jira invitation during the mail configuration process, now I can't receive any emails from jira. Please remove the email from suppression list. thanks.

You have indicated that you are using a Standard product plan, which is a paid subscription. In that case the correct way to address this is to ask your Jira Administrator to open a support case directly with Atlassian support to resolve this:
I am unable to get any help with this on my other account mahmoud@pineappeal.com - I posted a similar question about a month ago and didn't get any help. I need this account (mahmoud@pineappeal.com) removed from your suppression list, so that I can log into my bitbucket account. I can't even raise a support ticket using that account, because I need to be logged in with that account - and my issue is that I can't get emails from you for verification so that I can login. It's the chicken or the egg.
