Could not find workflow instance #195307: root cause: SQL Exception while executing the following:SELECT NAME, INITIALIZED, STATE FROM public.OS_WFENTRY WHERE ID=? (ERROR: current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block)

It seems that you have tried to perform an illegal workflow operation.

If you think this message is wrong, please contact your JIRA administrators.

 

Every issue gives a different workflow id 

i checked the OS_WFENTRY table and I was able to find a row with the id

i tried the integrity check for workflow and no issues were reported.
