I have the demo service project and our production. I have the same people as service desk team (agents) 8 total people, but I am getting charged for 22 agents. Where is this number coming from?
please go to admin > user management and filter on JSM product. How many users? if more than 8, i.e. 22 then edit users and remove JSM where appropriate. If 8 contact Atlassian Support billing. Also verify admin > billing details
