Huge / Oversized project icons after upgrading to Jira 8.5.1 (Server install)

Same issue as this one. JIRA Feature Keys was NOT dissabled during the upgrade. Disabled and re-enabled it just in case. Did not fix the issue.

Welcome to the community!

Do you see any plugins disabled in the database using this SQL :

SELECT * FROM pluginstate where pluginenabled = 'false';

Next, do you have any scripts configured in the announcement banner?

and also check if you have any modified files from the Jira startup application logs. Search for "modified files" in the JIRA_HOME/log/atlassian-jira.log after a restart.
