I have a calendar in Jira and when I create a filter to view only some of the columns, I want to see Issue Type column as text. Right now I see it as colored circles, and only when I hover over it I see he text appears over it. But I do want to see it as text from the start.
When I export it to excel or google sheet I do get the text only. Is there any way to change this display to text in Jira as well?
Issue type is always displayed as an icon in the search UI. If you hover over it, it does display the name. While it may take a bit of getting used to, there's not too many different issue types usually to get used to.
