Hi @Gerzaín Díaz

My team has developed the Cost Tracker for Jira Cloud app.

One of its functions is project tracking. In the use case, we described in detail the process of how to estimate the cost of a project.

Also, with the help of the billing hours feature, you can calculate an invoice.

As for the budget, the Remaining budget feature is on the way, which will allow you to set a specific budget for the entire project.

You have a 30-day trial to make sure the app will be useful for you.

Welcome to the community, @Gerzaín Díaz.

I am Marlene, product manager of the Marketplace app Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.

If "budget" is a number field, you can aggregate it with the following gadgets of our app.

  • Quick Issue Statistics
  • Quick Two Dimensional Filter Statistics
  • Quick Pie Chart

With our app it is possible to sum up any (custom) number field, as you can see in the screenshot below.

You can check out our app without installation on our demo dashboards.

Hi @Gerzaín Díaz ,

are you looking for something like this:

This is done with Epic Sum Up (our App) budget function.

There is no budgeting function in Jira without apps.

on Issue level, you may create some automation calculations, but that would not respect any aggregation of issue IN an Epic.

Hope that helps..
