How to share a dashboard with non-JIRA users?

Rae Hamilton
June 17, 2019

I have created a dashboard for a project.  This project documents issues, inquiries, bugs, improvements and new features reported by the end-user of the web application.  I have developed a dashboard that lists Issues in Progress, Activity Stream and some statistics (Issues by Component, Assigned Issues, etc).  How do I share this dashboard with non-JIRA users?

Options:

  1. You could configure the dashboard visible for "anonymous", i.e. for anyone without being logged in. It may or may not be a security problem.
  2. You could export the dashboard to PDF and share the file with your peers.

How do you configure a dashboard for "anonymous"?  Would you be able to share a resource link?

See here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-shared-dashboards/

What you look for is called "public" access in the documentation (not anonymous).
