How to send an email to and have it create a request?

 Is there an email address that I can send an email to in Jira and have it create a request in a project?  We entered two requests, one via "Request a change" and another through "Emailed request".  But we will need our users to just send an actual email through MS Outlook that will create a request just like the "Emailed request" option in the Jira portal. Thanks
