My JIRA Account is expired. Our team cannot access to both Jira software and Jira confluence. its break our jobs.

Could you help to tell me How to renew and make auto recurring?

Hi Sumonta,

Assuming you’re the admin you can navigate to admin.atlassian.com. From there, Navigate via the left side menu to Billing > Manage Subscriptions. If you haven’t already you can add your payment method from here and it will also provide renewal information.
