How to remove Jira Software and Jira Service Management and just leave Jira Work Management?

Deleted user

Hi

I am new to Jira and Confluence and have installed Jira Software and Service Management when I was leaning the software.

I now want to remove Jira Software and Jira Service Management and just leave Jira Work Management as it seems JWM is exactly what I need.

How do I remove / delete the two unwanted products from my account?

Thanks

Hi @[deleted] and welcome to the Community!

You can find instructions on how to remove products from your site in this support article. You will see there's quite a few paragraphs marked with red and yellow, warning you that this is an irreversible process.

Read it carefully and make sure you are not losing any data before proceeding with it!

Hope this helps!

Thank you Walter.

Tell me - I have cleared the test data from JSW and JSM and if I remove these applications they will disappear - but if at a later date I decide I want to reinstall JSW is that possible?

Hi @[deleted], yes - sure. They will be empty products then obviously.
