How to reconfigure format of projectA for risks and issues same as projectB

We have two projects one is project A and 2nd one is project B 

So here we need to reconfigure format of projectA's issues and risks same as projectB

Hello, 

I'll assume that by format you want to say form.

It's an easy trick to do, you need to change the screen scheme associated to the Issue type screen scheme on the target project by the same screen scheme that you origin project use. 

You can either reuse the same screen (which can be a good practice if you tend to make both screen evolve together) or copy the existing and use the copy instead.
