How to reactivate account

I deactivated one account and deleted afterwards. Now I would like to reinvite the user. When I reinvite the user the account is still deactivated. How can I to reactivate the user?

First as explain above :

In addition, take care about filters, if you don't see the user(s) you want to manage account for

Hi @Miloslav Vlach , welcome to the Community. You should be able to do this under Jira settings (gear icon in new navigation) User management. There should be a grant access. If you are not seeing this please share screenshot of what you see for the user.
