How to migrate existing Jira user accounts to SSO

We would like to migrate existing Jira user accounts to SSO.

Now, these accounts have e-mails such as someone@domain.com.

And we have Azure AD as SSO which have same e-mails.

Does Jira have the solutions of migrations in this condition ?
