How to manage Multiple issues in one priority bucket

Need help / Suggestions on how to manage multiple tasks/issues bucketed under a priority. say if there are 10 tasks under Medium priority- how do we define which one goes first?

Welcome to the community.

You can use a scrum or kanban board to rank your issues and identify which one is to be handled first, second, third, etc.

Note that this doesn't allow you to have cascading prioritization methods - you can't order the issues by Priority and then rank them within the Priority groupings. You would need to manually group them by their priority and then rank them.
