I have to import via csv a lot of issues.

They all have long multiline Description with lists and extra lines. After upload all formatting is lost. How to keep the formatting?

I could only use csv upload.

What helped: one has to uncheck Map field value option next to the Description, that would leave the format. Additionally, markup language was used for lists, etc.

Hi @Luba Konnova ,

I think that using HTML can keep the formatting, I'd suggest trying this. For new lines for example you can use <br>, and <ul> for lists.

Let me know if this helps,
