I want to remove time to resolution SLA in a particular request type.
we have three type of request type.
1.Service
2.Request
3.Update
I want to remove Time to resolution SLA in update request type , remining two request type we want to show time to resolution SLA.
All you need to do is update the JQL queries for your SLA so you exclude the Update request type. The following JQL should get you there:
"Customer Request Type" != "Update"
Make sure to include that part of the filter in every SLA target you specify.
