Hello,

This is about Jira Agiles Kanban Board functionality.

In the KanBan Boards, when one is not using the ranking system, sub-task show the name of their parent issue right above them in a narrow gray box. Is there a way to make that box a link so that - if clicked - the parent issue will be displayed in the detailed view on the right of the board?

Currently, the problem is that to find the parent issue of a give sub-task, we have to enter the searching page to search for the parent task manually.

Here is an image that explains:

in case it does not work, here is the same:

I realize that if i go into the issue viewer i will see the "path" of the sub-task, and from there find the parent, but i would like to be able to peek at the parent from the kanban board directly without leaving.

I would be also interested in a solution to this. Anyone who could help?

Turning the text into a link as Emad suggested seems like it would be very simple to implement. Please do this :)
