How to export a test result detailed in xray?

HI 

I'm testing the Xray solution for test management but I could export any test detailed report or anything. I'm trying with th Document Generator but it is not working . The Test execution shows on the pdf but test runs appear empty

The Document Generator should work; if it is not returning the result you need, it could have several reasons; not being the correct report template, not being used correctly, the template needs to be adapted, etc.

It is best to contact Xray Support (http://Xraysupport.getXray.app) to share your configuration so that the support team can investigate further.
