How to create an issue with inline image attached when using REST api ?

I'm trying to create an issue using REST api v3.
I've succeeded in creating an issue and successfully added attachments.
However, when my paragraph contains an image url, it shows image url as a link, not media.
I checked that the image url that starts with ![image](.... .png) display nothing but text.

how do I make it turn in to a media ?

is there a better way to create an issue with images?

I use markdown language for my text.

Hi @Jenni

I believe this is not possible at this time.

If you search in this community you will find other posts asking this question, and although the URL of an attachment can be provided for download (via automation rules or the REST API) it cannot be displayed in things like emails, messages, etc.

I recommend also searching in the developer community to learn if someone has solved this need: https://community.developer.atlassian.com/

Kind regards,
Bill

Thank you for your kind answer. I couldn't find any solutions in the development community that's why I posted this question myself.. But thank you for clarifying!
