I want to create several automation rules that triggers specific JIRA user via mail when time in a specific status is over for example 3 days. How to do it? I will have for each status a differnt time trigger (fo status will will be 3 days, status 2 4 days etc.)

Hi @Petar Cvetanović ,

Welcome to the community!

This cannot be done out of the box, since last transition date is not something we can query.

But I have seen this use case before, and I would do the following:

  • Create a date (-time) field called "Last transition" and add it to the needed project
  • Create a rule so that, whenever an issue  all or your selection) is transitioned, said field is filled with current date
  • Create a timed rule that checks for status and said date field with which ever actions you need.

Hope this helps, let mo know if you run into a problem!
