How to create a field that shows summary for selection and gives id to automation rule ?

i would like to create a fiels with list of binomials values  : summary and id. 

So that my users will select summary and when i treat issue in automation rule for example i can use id associated .

Are the summary and id values you want to use values that you want to configure? Or do you want the field to show a list of issue Summaries and IDs?

If the field will be used to select from values that you are configuring, you could use a Lookup Table in your Automation rule to associate the value the user selects to an ID that you specify.
