How to change the organization administrator user

I have the detail that the user who is currently the site administrator, no longer belongs as such a team, I want to see how I can make the change from site administrator to my user, it is worth mentioning that I am an administrator and I belong to the site-admins group , but it does not allow me to remove the aforementioned user

I did the above, and it does not allow me to change the organization administrator, as it tells me that I need permission, even though I am a site administrator, but the person as such no longer works on the team. Will I have to raise a ticker to support?

the current org admin can add you by going to admin.atlassian.com. click on settings and then administrators.
