How to change set a My Open Issues to be default view

Hi everyone, 

Is there a way to have users (Techs) change their default queue view to My Open Issues?

When you login into our service desk and look at issues it opens our manufacturing queue as the default.

I have had my Techs ask if there was a way for them to have My issues be the default queue that displays when they login.

Why not try to modify the system dashboard?

Create the gadgets and filter conditions that need to be displayed according to user requirements.

What I am looking for is the ability to open the service desk and have the default queue be my open issues.
