Hi! We have a problem, we need to update the jira kanban board settings, but nobody has an access, and board's owner is already inactive user. How we can resolve it? Thank you in advance!
Hi @Daria Makolskaya - Someone with Jira admin rights can update the board administrator to an active user.
Note - If you're looking to update the underlying board filter, you'd either need a Jira Admin to grant rights to the filter or simply create a new one and replace the existing board filter.
