How to avoid emails from Jira

Hi,

I'm trying to avoid some email notifications from Jira, Even-though I have limited my email notifications to "Someone mentions you" only, Jira still keeps spamming me with email notifications for issue updates such as date change, status change etc.,

I'm a site Admin and use these settings. Please let me know what settings should I use to avoid other email notifications. Thanks

This is because your email notification schemes may have been configured to send notification for issue update events as mentioned by you.
