My version of Jira project management software is v8.20.10.
I only found examples of old versions.
Basically, I would like my ticket to automatically change status while in the "In Progress" status and I (as a non-customer) write a comment to the customer. I would like the ticket status to change from "In Progress" to "Waiting for Customer".
Any suggestions, please?
