Hi @Priyanka Verma ,

To add a quick filter with a custom field of type 'Tester' in a Jira board, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Jira board where you want to add the quick filter.
  • Click on the 'Board settings' button (gear icon) at the top-right corner of the board.
  • Click on the 'Quick Filters' option in the left-hand sidebar.
  • Click on the 'Add' button to create a new quick filter.
  • In the 'JQL' field, enter a JQL query that includes the custom field for 'Tester'.
  • Give your quick filter a name and click on the 'Save' button.

Your new quick filter should now appear in the list of available quick filters. You can apply it by clicking on its name or selecting it from the 'Quick Filters' dropdown menu.

Hope it help you ;)

Thanks for the reply! My actual question is like in the board all the people who is assignee is displayed on the quick filters. I want them for tester. All the people who is tester of the issues in the board should be displayed. On clicking a person icon, it should filter all the issues with tester as that person.image.png

Hi @Priyanka Verma ,

This option is not posible. The assignable Users Filter is a Default option from Jira... You can´y other like this.. or modify the users who appear.

Instead of this, you can create buttons to differents "User testers",  but this option... wouldnt be pretty.

Thankyou so much for the quick resolution.
