How to activate an SLA?

Hello everyone I have configured an SLA with Goal Type: Dynamic Duration but every time I create a ticket for the same SLA the SLA panel is displayed with an inactive status (see capture)

Hi Absa,

I don't see inactive - I see that it is marked Finished because the issue is Done.
