Hi !
How to access Board setting in Work Management Project Type >> Web Design Process Template >> company-managed project ?
When we click on "more"...no option to go on Board settings.
Also, How can I create board filters here in this project ?
How can I clone all issues from one Software Development Company managed Kanban Board of project A to my Work Management Project> Web Design Template company managed - Board of Project B ?
Kindly assist.
Regards
Parveen
Hi Parveen,
You can create a second board to use with your Jira Work Management project that will give that flexibility if you like. Here is an article that will help guide you in how to do that.
Hello @Parveen Vats ,
Welcome to Community!
The board setting option is not available on Work managed projects, unlike Software projects. However, you can perform various actions on the board.
I am not sure if you have come across the article mentioned: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/monitor-your-work-with-the-board/ , please consider going through it for operations you wish to perform.
With regards to your query on how to clone/copy the issues from the software project to the work managed project. You can try using bulk operation or can try the External System import feature. Sharing the document for import: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/ and bulk operation: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/edit-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time/
Please note that both operations have their own limitations and prerequisites that are mentioned in the documents.
