How to Reflect Rank field in Tableau?

I have been connecting JIRA with Tableau using Tableau Connector Pro for JIRA and succeeded in pulling JIRA data. Is there any way to convert the issues Ranking from Alphanumeric form into numerical form? I did try the method of pulling data and order by rank but I couldn’t get an exact match with what I have in JIRA.
