How to Link (2) Jira Project stories and/or tasks?

We have (2) Jira projects were the same stories/tasks are discussed.

Example:  we have an Infrastructure project where we need to update servers.   Then in the Management Review Project, this story/task is also listed & discussed.

Is there a way to link the Infrastructure story/tasks to the Management Review Project so the user doesn't have to update both projects?

Please advise.  Thanks!

Hi @Carol Lee Vosteen 

There are few ways of doing that. Assuming that your projects are in the same Jira instance.

• Use Jira issue linking feature to create a link from one issue to another.
• Jira issue links won't do anything on its own, however using automation you can transfer information between linked issues. This transfer of information could be adding comments, updating fields and/or transitioning linked issues.
