How do I show linked Jira Software tickets in a Jira Service Management filter?

Good Morning,

I am creating a filter to show current tickets that are with Engineering, in this filter I am wanting to show all links to the ticket (both on Jira Service Management and Jira Software). 

However when I add the 'Links' column to the filter it is only showing the linked Service Management tickets, not the Software tickets. Is there a way I can get this to show the linked Software tickets as well?

Hi @Scott Woodford and welcome to the Community!

That seems like a permissions issue to me. In order to display the linked issues from the software project, you need browse project access to that project. Otherwise - indeed - the issues won't display.

Hi Walter, 

Thank you for your response. I have checked the permissions and can't see anything in regards to project access that could be stopping this from happening.
