How do I set automation condition based on issue status

I'm trying to execute an action if the current issue status is in 'DEV QUEUE' status buy using the following settings:
auto_set_assignee_condition.JPG

Is see the rule getting logged with 'Success' status. But the action is not getting performed because the condition did not get a match.

Am I not formatting my condition correctly?

You can try use the "issue field condition".
