How do I flag an issue in a software team managed Kanban board?

I am not able to setup a flag in Jira. I want to flag impediments on a software Kanban Board

You can flag issues in team managed projects. Hover your mouse over the issue you want to flag, then click the mouse action button. You will see the Add Flag option

yep, a business project doesn't have this shortcut. You can create an automation rule to flag your issues automatically in your business project, but the issues will not be displayed with a different color as she is displayed in a software project.
