How do I filter issues by "target end" in Advanced Roadmaps?

It doesn't seem to exist in the UI. Also not in the documentation.

Is "Target End" a custom field in your instance?

No. It is used in Jira Advanced Roadmaps as part of its capabilities to built the timeline/Gantt chart.
