Hello @India Mychen
Based on your requirement, I don't think there is anything out of the box that can be very exhaustive in terms of clickable legend, especially since you have an hierarchy Epic - > Features -> story.
I suggest you to look into this paid plugin (eazyBI)
But before to a paid plugin please see the features available out of the box.

thank you. These are good charts but it seems even eazyBI does not offer it. You see on our project we have 'decomposed all knowledge into tiny pieces and then linked everything to everything'. What I mean is that there's very high granularity of content, its every atomic i.e. lots of issues, sub-tasks, tasks, epics all linked with each other.
It's impossible to get an overarching view of an EPIC all the way down to the lowest level issues and sub-tasks especially to track status or to see all content in one place so as to comprehend all the content. oh well...

I don't think that's hard to do, I have done this multiple times. You just need the right tools.
I use Script runner plugin and Dataplane or eazyBI for this.
Using script runner plugin you can write JQL query to fetch all issues within epic or even intiaitve i.e. all child stories, all child sub-tasks

The create charts based on JQL filters using above methods.

Hi,
out of the box, eazyBI supports analyzing data by Epic Links, as well as Portfolio parent links: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/data-import/data-from-jira-and-apps/portfolio-for-jira-custom-fields
Additionally, as a more advanced option, eazyBI supports issue links analysis: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/data-import/advanced-data-import-options/import-issue-links, as well as creating new issue hierarchies based on that: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/data-import/advanced-data-import-options/additional-issue-hierarchies.
All eazyBI reports could be exported to XLS and CSV files.
