How do I edit the workflow in a project to execute a post function on issue update?

We are trying to set up a notification to our hipchat client when edit an issue in one of our test projects.

At this point we send notifications when new issues with the priority BLOCKER is CREATED within the project but I cannot find where in the workflow setup, one can edit an UPDATE for an issue.

We want to send a message to the Hipchat room when an issue gets the priority UPDATED to BLOCKER as well.

Any ideas?

Got it!

No "native" functionalty in the base version so to speak.

You need a listener for that. You can write your own plugin, or you could try using scripted listeners:

https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/GRV/Listeners

https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/GRV/Built-In+Scripts#Built-InScripts-Firesaneventwhenconditionistrue

That second link is to a "built-in script" that has example code for checking if a field has changed to a specific value.
