I am using JIRA Cloud. I want to figure out what IP or machine name a user is accessing JIRA from. Is there a way to do that? I suspect inappropriate use and I'm trying to find out where a user's account is being accessed.

I think that you should raise an issue at support.atlassian.com as you will need to make a request for them to search the access logs on your behalf. The sooner you make the request the better.
