How do I delete or Remove a Completed task, while still having access to it?

Hi. How can I delete or remove the Completed tasks from the Issues view, but Still be able to find them in Kanban or in another place in the project?

Deleting an issue does actually delete it and does not give the availability to find it anymore.

"Removing" an issue can be done by using the following options:

Option 1) Filter Option for Board view that "removes" completed tasks

Option 2) Use the Release function

Hello @Nadia Silvestry Rodriguez

You can edit your board layout, that only shows open issues, if you are using a board.

Or if you are using issue search, switch a filter to only search for open issues.

Here is documentation working with boards

Just ask if you need any assistance.

BR, Olga
