How do I create a query for a status change within a sprint

I need to create a query that will show the date a status was changed to a specific status within a sprint.

I was able to create a query for the status change within date frame but this will not work since I need to talk about the report throughout the sprint.

Is there anyone that can help me.

A query isn't going to show a date. If you need to show a date that a specific status was entered, you should create a date custom field and set that date with a workflow postfunction when the inbound transitions to that status are executed.
